FAQs

  • There are two smallish car parks at Trelowarren which will be signposted on the day. There aren’t loads of spaces so we would recommend sharing lifts where possible.

  • Yes, you can leave your car overnight and pick it up in the morning if you’d like.

  • There are no reliable transport services operating nearby. We would recommend pre-booking taxis, or contact either of us to see if a lift can be arranged. Any other queries please ask!

  • The whole day will be at Trelowarren with a very short walk between the ceremony and reception!

  • The dress code is formal/lounge suits (not black tie or morning suits for the avoidance of doubt!)

If the weather is good, then parts of the day will be outside. The ground is very uneven so we advise against stilettos!

  • There will be canopes after the ceremony, a main meal at 4pm and evening food. However, we would still recommend that you eat a large brunch or lunch before you come to avoid being hungry!

  • We strongly advise that you book a taxi home at the end of the night well in advance. The venue is very remote and it is not possible to walk home. Please see the “Travel + Stay” page for recommended taxi companies.

  • There is limited accommodation available on site, and it is often in very short supply. If you are interested in staying on the estate, we suggest you call directly to discuss availability - 01326 221224. Beyond this, please refer to the Travel+Stay page for plenty more options,

  • We do not have a registry. Please kindly see the “Gifts” section for more details.

  • Everyone is very welcome to bring their children - the more the merrier! Please just let us know if your children will be coming when you RSVP and let us know whether they would like a child’s meal or not.

When you RSVP, please let us know if your child will require a child’s meal and/or a high chair.

Please be advised that the venue is not the most child-friendly, so we kindly ask that all children are closely supervised at all times.

  • Unfortunately dogs are not permitted at the wedding.
